Morena Baccarin has admitted that she is pleased with the response to V.

Baccarin, who plays Anna, explained that the sci-fi series has a strong fanbase.

"People are really into the show," she told The Mirror. "People like a lot of aspects of the show. I think they like that it's very accessible and relates to their everyday life."

She added: "It really is very entertaining. It's a fun show to watch but is relevant and has issues that they are dealing with on a daily basis."

However, Baccarin admitted that she has received some unusual messages from fans of the series.

"I get some strange fanmail since appearing in V," she said. "Most of it is really lovely actually and very sweet [but] there's a couple of weird ones. But, you know, we just put that one aside!"
